Reliable Support for
Your Unseen Battles

Qualified Mental Health Clinicians

Mental Health sessions are tailored to your needs. Mental heath clinicians can support you with: couples counselling, emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, developing coping strategies, daily practical problem solving and more.

Couples
Counselling

Couples counselling is a form of psychotherapy that helps to improve one's relationship with one's partner by:

  • Addressing outstanding concerns in a non-judgemental way
  • Reminding both partners of the values at the core of their individual lives and of their relationship.

Coping
Strategies

Coping strategies are utilised in all areas of life; however, sometimes, they may seem out of reach. At these times, they may be implemented by:

  • Facilitation from a therapist to ensure coping strategies are specifically tailored to the situation at hand.
  • Accessing psycho-education to better understand how these coping strategies work.

Anxiety

Feelings of anxiety can be difficult to cope with when they are unexpected or present in ways that interfere with our day-to-day lives. With support, anxiety can be addressed by:

  • Engaging with structured therapeutic modalities tailored towards your experience of anxiety.
  • Participating in psycho-education to better understand anxiety as a whole.

Depression

Depression is often experienced as a result of one or more specific experiences, but it often grows to the extent of impacting our broader lives. Support for depression can help by:

  • Questioning the beliefs associated with the experiences that have resulted in depression.
  • Facilitating the consideration of alternative beliefs and how these may benefit the individual.

Emotional
Regulation

Sometimes, life presents us with challenges that we are not prepared for, and we find ourselves unable to control our emotions. This can lead to conflicts in our personal and professional relationships, and low self-esteem. Emotional regulation in a therapeutic setting:

  • Allows clients to be guided through heavy emotions.
  • Facilitates collaborative construction of strategies.
  • Promotes independence in the face of complex emotions.

Daily

Problem Solving

Problem solving is a skill that we all utilise on a daily basis, regardless of age or occupation:

  • Conflict resolution.
  • Concern for someone else’s wellbeing.
  • Reduced motivation for specific tasks.

By accessing therapy, these concerns can be addressed with an unbiased third party who provides support in broadening the scope of thought to more efficiently problem-solve.
